2. Overview
We only process personal data as far as necessary to run this website and handle your enquiries. There is no advertising, no tracking and no sharing of your data for advertising purposes.
3. Hosting
This website is hosted by: Vercel Inc., 440 N Barranca Ave #4133, Covina, CA 91723, USA (Serverstandort: Frankfurt am Main). When you visit it, the server automatically stores technical data (e.g. IP address, date and time, page requested, browser type) to provide the website securely and reliably. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR. As the provider is based in the USA, a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out; it is based on the EU-US Data Privacy Framework or EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
4. Contact form
When you use the contact form, we process your details (name, email address, wedding date, location, package, message) to answer your enquiry. The data is transmitted encrypted to the following service, which receives enquiries on our behalf: eine von Agenticity UG selbst betriebene n8n-Instanz (n8n.agenticity.de). The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (steps prior to a contract). To prevent spam, your IP address is briefly processed in memory and not stored. We delete your enquiry once it has been dealt with and no statutory retention periods apply.
5. Contact by email
If you send us an email, we process your details solely to reply to your message (Art. 6(1)(b) or (f) GDPR).
6. Cookies and local storage
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. The only thing stored is your choice in the cookie notice, locally in your browser. This is technically necessary (§ 25(2) TDDDG). Fonts are loaded from this server, not from Google. Optional services would only be loaded with your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, § 25(1) TDDDG). You can change your choice at any time via “Cookie settings” in the footer.
7. Instagram
This website only contains a simple link to our Instagram profile. No Instagram content is embedded. Only when you click the link are you taken to Instagram (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.), where its privacy policy applies.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, data portability and objection (Art. 15 to 21 GDPR). You can withdraw any consent at any time with effect for the future. Just send us an email. You can also lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, e.g. the Hessian Commissioner for Data Protection and Freedom of Information.
